WANLI PIPELINE has built two production factories, covering an area at 4.5 hectares. We have a modern steel structure workshop with an area of 2.5 hectares which is equipped with 20 bridge cranes. The facility enables a yearly pre-insulated pipeline output of 500km.

WANLI has established a complete raw material supply system to guarantee a smooth supply chain system. We have built strategic partnerships with major steel pipe and insulation material suppliers to ensure high raw material quality, competitive price and on-time delivery. We also maintain a stock of general specification raw materials like steel pipes, insulation materials, pipe fittings, etc. for urgent supply situations.

All products from our company will have undergone 100% nondestructive testing (NDT). The carrier pipe and pipe fittings will be treated with Radiographic testing (RT) (Penetrant flaw testing is for fittings not suitable for Radiographic testing), and the outer jacket adopts Ultrasonic testing (UT), Magnetic particle testing (MT) or Penetrant flaw testing (PT).
